Dall'amico Nicola ricevo questa domanda. Provo a dare a tutti voi una risposta seppur con una stima approssimativa e che non ha la presunzione di essere del tutto corretta ed esaustiva .
La Deliberazione della Giunta Regionale n.58 del 14 gennaio 2003 e le sue successive modifiche (che se non mi sfugge qualcosa è la norma che regolamenta questo aspetto), alla Tabella "D" prevede, per i " Comuni con popolazione fino a 5.000 abitanti "A" Daily allowance for the presence of aldermen, ... "of 38 euros (gross) . Se, quindi, fossimo in 5 i Consiglieri dipendenti presenti al Consiglio pomeridiano di "S.Valentino" che iniziando alle ore 14 e finendo circa alle ore 17 ci ha costretti ad assentarci per mezza giornata lavorativa , se butto lì una cifra indicativa media compresa tra 50 e 80 Euro per la paga di mezza giornata (paga lorda ), otteniamo un potenziale costo di rimborso aggiuntivo per il Comune compreso tra 250 e 400€ che pagherà il contribuente rivignanese ( però non la mia parte perchè, come ho detto, io, e non so altri, NON ho richiesto il permesso speciale al mio Datore di lavoro e mi sono "mangiato" mezza giornata delle mie ferie per non pesare sui miei concittadini ).
A ciò si deve ovviamente aggiungere il "danno" ben più significativo al "sistema Italia": sia i Datori di lavoro dei dipendenti sia le attività dei liberi professionisti hanno subito la mancata produzione di reddito che ha comportato l'assenza dal lavoro di queste persone (in questo caso tutti, tranne un collega che è in pensione) .
Ripeto: è solo una stima di massima e, non essendo io competente in questa materia, mi potrebbe pure sfuggire qualche cosa.

Valentino" che, per una (per me) del tutto incomprensibile e probabilmente ingiustificato motivo, il nostro Sindaco Mario Anzil "&C." hanno deciso di convocare alle ore 14 di un giorno feriale e, quindi, in pieno orario di lavoro (con "danno" economico per le aziende o attività per cui non potremo produrre in quelle ore e per il contribuente di Rivignano che "paga" i nostri permessi necessari per assentarci dal lavoro (quando di solito, facendo Consiglio di sera, "costiamo" il solo gettone di presenza ).

Faccio seguito al mio precedente post dal titolo " Come contribuire a sprecare risorse pubbliche e a limitare la faticosa ripresa " pubblicato ieri.
Questa sera (mentre scrivo è giovedì 10 febbraio, per chi leggerà in futuro) poco prima delle 18 mi sono recato in Municipio (il giovedì è aperto a quell'ora) per consultare la documentazione (quella disponibile) in vista del Consiglio Comunale di lunedì pomeriggio alle ore 14.
Appena uscito, poco più di mezzora dopo, fuori dal Municipio, sul marciapiede proprio davanti l'ingresso, mi cade l'occhio sui cavalletti pubblicitari bifacciali dove sono riportati i principali eventi o notizie del nostro paese e del Comune.
E' un po' buio; non si vede nel migliore dei modi ma mi son messo a leggere le varie cose presenti e cosa ti vedo?
Allora: a questo punto prima di proseguire devo fare un passo indietro e ricordarvi che nel precedente mio post, sopra citato, alla fine ho buttato lì un battuta (ero pure un po' seccatino) alludendo al fatto that our "dear" directors, Anzil Baron, Tonizzo, Vello, Odorico, Meret, & C., probably had organized the Council at 14, rather than on time "after work" as usual, perhaps because ". .. someone is going to be Valentine's Day? . Mi sorge il dubbio di non aver letto bene o tutto. Sono quindi andato a riguardare l'ordine del giorno consegnatomi per il Consiglio Comunale per verificare se mi era sfuggito qualcosa: non c'è alcun riferimento a ... Giulietta e Romeo e manifestazioni affini (con tutto rispetto parlando).
Mah! Peraltro, in tutta sincerità, sarà pur vero che non è nulla di "grave" ma non so neppure quanto possa essere opportuno usare l'importante istituzione del Consiglio Hall as a "trailer" for a chance like this ... I call it frivolous without offending anyone?

Il fatto è che lunedì prossimo anche per noi impegnati nell’amministrazione locale è una normale giornata feriale e lavorativa in cui si (si dovrebbe), da normali cittadini, contribuire alla generazione di prodotto di questa benedetta Italia che scricchiola, come tutti.
Invece no!
Dovremo assentarci dal nostro lavoro per un intero pomeriggio (e magari qualcuno, perché comunque pagato, lo farà anche il mattino) perché doverosamente e responsabilmente dobbiamo partecipare al Consiglio Comunale.

Io sono talvolta il “rompiscatole” della situazione. “Rompiscatole” perché interpreto in un certo modo il ruolo di questa commissione Comunale Consultiva. senza opporre resistenza...". Così Irma Blank descrive,in un
appunto, il suo legame artistico ed esistenziale con la scrittura e l'arte.
Irma Blank è già stata presente a Livorno con la mostra " Tra-scritti e sonori "
nel 1978 alla Galleria Peccolo e nel 1995 ha presentato il libro Exempla
edito da Belforte Editore. Sarà esposto anche il Libro d'Artista " Splitter ",
delle Edizioni Peccolo, appena terminato.

No, non è un errore di battitura. Scandola non è scandalo, esiste eccome, e possamo ben dire che è una parola santa. Si usa prevalentamente al plurale, le scandole sono assi di legno che servono a rafforzare le baracche di legno, o i tetti. Se ne parla in edilizia, ovviamente, è termine ancora diffuso per le case di campagna, nel tentativo di arginare il gelo. E' termine vagamente desueto, e per ciò caro.
