About the Council convened on Monday afternoon ...

...a pensar male si fa peccato ... però ...

Faccio seguito al mio precedente post dal titolo " Come contribuire a sprecare risorse pubbliche e a limitare la faticosa ripresa " pubblicato ieri.
Questa sera (mentre scrivo è giovedì 10 febbraio, per chi leggerà in futuro) poco prima delle 18 mi sono recato in Municipio (il giovedì è aperto a quell'ora) per consultare la documentazione (quella disponibile) in vista del Consiglio Comunale di lunedì pomeriggio alle ore 14.

Appena uscito, poco più di mezzora dopo,  fuori dal Municipio, sul marciapiede proprio davanti l'ingresso, mi cade l'occhio sui cavalletti pubblicitari bifacciali dove sono riportati i principali eventi o notizie del nostro paese e del Comune.

E' un po' buio; non si vede nel migliore dei modi ma mi son messo a leggere le varie cose presenti e cosa ti vedo?

Allora: a questo punto prima di proseguire devo fare un passo indietro e ricordarvi che nel precedente mio post, sopra citato, alla fine ho buttato lì un battuta (ero pure un po' seccatino) alludendo al fatto that our "dear" directors, Anzil Baron, Tonizzo, Vello, Odorico, Meret, & C., probably had organized the Council at 14, rather than on time "after work" as usual, perhaps because ". .. someone is going to be Valentine's Day? . It was really just a joke, perhaps provocative, sarcastic, but without any allusion .

Back to tonight, outside the Town Hall: look a little 'what I saw here (I apologize for the rough quality of the images, but you can not read).

If you click on the picture you can see, the program on the right, the second paragraph read:
"ORE 15 (Municipio di Rivignano) - Presa d'atto dell'evento in Consiglio Comunale" .
Ma a quell'ora in Municipio a Rivignano sarà in pieno svolgimento il Consiglio Comunale!
Mi sorge il dubbio di non aver letto bene o tutto. Sono quindi andato a riguardare l'ordine del giorno consegnatomi per il Consiglio Comunale per verificare se mi era sfuggito qualcosa: non c'è alcun riferimento a ... Giulietta e Romeo e manifestazioni affini (con tutto rispetto parlando).
Mah! Peraltro, in tutta sincerità, sarà pur vero che non è nulla di "grave" ma non so neppure quanto possa essere opportuno usare l'importante istituzione del Consiglio Hall as a "trailer" for a chance like this ... I call it frivolous without offending anyone?

And then, maybe someone will hurry? And there will be no time to waste?

Porca a misericcia! But go to see that what was just a joke but my own is true and that made the City Council at 14, in total contempt of our employers or professional activities, the needs an increased productivity and higher costs for taxpayers rivignanese just because someone has to get rid of them in time (because it will be a longish Council has 12 items to be addressed including the budget) for then go to dinner with aperitifs and S. Valentino somewhere?

Mine, of course, is just a mere exercise of imagination ...
... but who knows!
